At Q Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the speakers or accessories in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
